Fylivo Mac Android connects to your Android device through the bundled Android Debug Bridge. You do not need to install ADB separately.
Connect over USB
- Open Android settings and locate “Build number.”
- Tap it seven times to enable Developer options.
- Enable “USB debugging” in Developer options.
- Connect the phone using a data-capable USB cable.
- Approve the debugging prompt on the phone.
- Select the device in Fylivo.
Connect over Wi‑Fi
- Connect the Mac and phone to the same local network.
- Open Developer options on Android.
- Enable “Wireless debugging.”
- In Fylivo, choose Wi‑Fi and add a device.
- Enter the address and pairing code shown by Android.
- After pairing, select the device from the shared list.
The device does not appear
- Unlock the phone and approve the debugging prompt again.
- For USB, try another cable or port. Some cables support charging only.
- Turn debugging off and on again in Developer options.
- For Wi‑Fi, verify that both devices are on the same network and client isolation is disabled.
- Refresh the device list in the application.
A transfer was interrupted
Keep the transfer window open, reconnect the device, and choose Resume. Fully transferred files remain in place, while the current incomplete file is transferred again.
Permission denied
Recent Android versions restrict access to some system locations, including parts of Android/data. This is an Android or device-manufacturer restriction, not a Fylivo malfunction.
Contact support
If the issue continues, export a diagnostic report from the app settings and attach it to your message. Do not send confidential files.
